Please note that this Application requires to be submitted by the licence holder of the vehicle to which the advertising is to be displayed. If you are an agent or Solicitor acting on behalf of the licence holder, please ensure you complete your details on the last page of this online form.

Please also note, that prior to submitting this online application form you will be required to upload a copy, in full colour, of how the proposed advertising is to be displayed on/in the licensed vehicle. Please ensure you have this to hand before starting the application form.
