SEEMIS Group LLP Non Material

What is it?

SEEMIS Group LLP was incorporated on 11 May 2009 and commenced trading on 1 July 2010.  It is funded by the 28 participating authorities and the principal activity of the LLP is the provision of information technology solutions to Education Services.  They have not been consolidated into the Group Financial Statements as they are considered immaterial to the understanding of the accounts.
