  Which of the following Self/Custom build options appeals to you most?
  Off the Shelf - Your house is chosen from a selection of house types which can be customised (to an extent). It is then built for you, by the developer, for fixed building costs.
  Self-Designed - Your house is designed by you and your chosen design team. The Self Builder then appoints a main contractor who completes the build to their satisfaction.
  Self-Managed - Your house is designed by you and your chosen design team. The Self Builder manages the build using sub-contractors and may carry out some minor work.
  Hands-On Self Build - Your house is designed by you and your chosen design team. The Self Builder manages the build using sub-contractors but is more hands on providing a lot of the physical work.
