Developing Affordable Homes for Sale
New Supply Shared Equity (NSSE) is a type of affordable housing which aims to help people on low to moderate incomes access home ownership via the purchase of a new build property from a Registered Social Landlord or Local Authority.
Across Glasgow, a number of Housing Associations are developing New Supply Shared Equity properties.
