Our residential outdoor education provision is delivered at Blairvadach Outdoor Education Centre situated 45 minutes from Glasgow in Rhu, next to the Gare Loch, offering land and water based activities right on their doorstep.
Blairvadach offers a range of adventure and challenge based educational programmes that support the development of people as successful learners, confident individuals, effective contributors and responsible citizens through providing opportunities for personal achievement beyond the classroom.
The outdoor environment enables participants to directly experience challenge and make well informed decisions in assessing risks, which in turn helps develop personal resilience, confidence and encourages an active and healthy life style.

Set in rural surroundings, with stunning views, the conference room and break out facilities are an excellent and affordable environment to hold seminars and events. If desired this can be combined with adventurous activities or a tailor made team building programme to meet the needs of your company.
Blairvadach City Centre Hub at the Pinkston Basin
Blairvadach Outdoor Education Centre also operates from a base at Pinkston Watersports near Glasgow City Centre. This allows the provision of both taster sessions and development courses leading to National Governing Body Awards in Kayaking and Canoeing to Glasgow's young people during their school day.
