City Building (Contracts) Limited Liability Partnership was incorporated on 2 October 2006 to provide construction and repairs services. We are the principal member of the partnership, holding 99.99% of the ordinary capital. Under accounting standards, we have a controlling interest in this company. It is therefore included in our group annual accounts as a subsidiary.
