COVID-19: Testing in Glasgow

Published: 19 February 2021

COVID-19

From 1 May 2022 the guidance around testing and isolation will change.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms, you are no longer advised to seek a test. If you feel unwell, you should stay at home until you feel better to reduce the risk of infecting other people.

Free lateral flow devices (LFDs) are no longer widely available to members of the public but remain available to certain groups in order to protect high risk settings, i.e. for clinical care, health and social care workers, unpaid carers or for people visiting vulnerable individuals in care homes or hospitals. To check your eligibility and to order please visit https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests

Please continue to follow Scottish Government guidance on testing: https://www.gov.scot/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-getting-tested/pages/
