Reporting an Un-Registered Landlord or Property

You can check if a landlord is registered by searching the Scottish Landlord Register.

If the landlord does not appear on the Scottish Landlord Register you can report an unregistered landlord by completing the Online Form.

To proceed with an investigation, it is important to have as much information as possible available at the beginning. Therefore, please answer all the questions that you can on the Online Form.
