Cordia (Care) LLP

What is it?

Cordia (Care) Limited Liability Partnership was incorporated on 25 November 2008 to deliver welfare services.  We are the principal member of the partnership, holding 99.99% of the ordinary capital.  Under accounting standards, we have a controlling interest in this company.  Cordia (Care) LLP ceased trading on 29 September 2018 with activities transferring to Glasgow City Council on 30 September 2018.
