Submit a Claim for Compensation
A claim for compensation can be made in relation to Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs) already confirmed by the Scottish Ministers.
We strongly advise that you seek legal advice prior to making a claim for compensation.
How to Make a Claim?
Please check the documentation listed under the property address for the relevant CPO confirmed by the Scottish Ministers.
Complete Form 9 applicable to the relevant CPO and return it by post to the address and deadline specified in the Notice of Confirmation for that CPO (usually not less than 21 days) from the date of publication.
A scan of the signed Form 9 together with supporting evidence can also be submitted by email to Compulsory Purchase Compensation in addition to returning it by post.
