Phase 2 of 49 new award-winning homes for private sale by Crudens incorporated low energy design principles and achieved Ecohomes 'very good' rating and Phase 3 providing a further 69 private sale homes.
Cruden has planning application for Phase 4 (58 units, 42 flats and 16 houses), the last remaining site which has frontage along Prospecthill Road Will be delivered by Wheatley Homes Glasgow for Social Rent and commenced on-site in November 2024.
- Care Home: In addition, as part of Glasgow City Councils' multi-million pound 'Tomorrow's Residential and Day care Service' a new elderly persons care home was constructed which provides 120 en-suite bedrooms and opened during Autumn 2016.
