What is Planning Enforcement
Planning Enforcement in Glasgow is afforded a high priority and comprises diverse and sometimes complex areas. This is primarily because the Town and Country Planning Acts seeks to strike a balance between the freedom of owners to use or alter their property/land as they wish, whilst at the same time safeguarding the amenities of their neighbours and conserving historic buildings and areas.
