Have you received from funding from the Private Lane Improvement Fund previously?

Applications will only be accepted for new lane locations. Previously improved lanes are not eligible for additional funding.

Do you live in a conservation area?

If the lane in question is within a conservation area and your organisation wish to make permanent changes to the surface of your lane this may require planning consent.

**Please note All Conservation area applicants wishing to tarmac the surface of their lanes will be rejected without any planning approval reference number.

Have you been granted planning permission for this proposal?

Do you intend to put gates up on the lane in question?

Gates may require planning permission and a stopping up order please refer to our Planning Portal. Please have your planning consent reference number ready to proceed.

Do you have a bank statement which can be uploaded today?

This must be a bank statement clearly showing the name of the group applying and account balance within the last 3 months.

Screenshots of pending applications for bank accounts will not be accepted.
