Talented school pupils are to be offered support by the University of Strathclyde in achieving their goal of entering higher education.

A Glasgow City Council report today (27 September) outlined how the Greater Easterhouse area will be transformed over the next 20 years, with 6,000 new homes, a wetlands park featuring the redevelopment of one of Glasgow's oldest buildings, new nurseries and schools, improved public realm and new transport infrastructure and greenspace.
