Scotland Excel

Scotland Excel is the Centre of Procurement Expertise for Scotland's local government sector.  It develops and manages collaborative contracts on behalf of its members.  Glasgow, as a fully-fledged member, utilises the following Scotland Excel contracts and frameworks:

Scottish Procurement

Scottish Procurement (part of the Scottish Government) is responsible for developing and advising on a range of procurement activity, including implementing policy and setting up contracts and framework agreements for itself and the wider public sector in Scotland.

Crown Commercial Service

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office.  It provides procurement savings for the UK public sector through the delivery of centralised procurement for government departments.
