Glasgow Household Survey (GHS)

What is it?

We seek to ensure that the services we provide are of high quality and meet the needs of all the city's residents.

To assist in this we use the services of a market research company to carry out an annual survey of residents. The survey measures citizens usage and satisfaction in a number of key services provided by us and our Arms Length External Organisations (ALEOs). The information gathered is used to inform service and strategy development.
