Transferring a Premises Licence
Section 33 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 contains provisions that allow the holder of a current Premises Licence to transfer that licence to another person.
Section 34 of the 2005 Act contains further provisions that allow a Premises Licence to be transferred by a person other than the licence holder.

The application will not be accepted without the correct fee.
How to make Payment
Applications can be lodged online and preferred payment should be made by BACS Transfer (electronic banking) to the Licensing Board Account.
When making payments please quote your licence reference number as detailed below:-

Please note that your application will not be formally lodged until payment has been received. The fees are non-refundable.
Can someone object to an application?
There are no statutory provisions that allow an individual to object or make a representation to the transfer of a Premises Licence.
