Annual Business Plan
The Education Services Annual Business Plan (ABP) is a forward planning document that helps us set priorities and targets for the coming year. The ABP is part of the Council's Public Performance Reporting framework and is the document which provides our communication to staff, citizens and partners in respect to the role and priorities of the service and how our performance will be assessed.
The Integrated Children's Services Plan for 2020 - 2026 outlines the key priorities for supporting children, young people and families across all of our agencies in the City. Pivotal to developing this Plan has been the extensive consultation with Glasgow's children and young people, and their voice in relation to improving mental health and addressing the challenges associated with poverty.
The national improvement framework and improvement plan for Scottish education is designed to help deliver the twin aims of excellence and equity in education. The Scottish Government worked in partnership with key stakeholders to agree a credible set of measures to fairly reflect progress in closing the poverty-related attainment gap.
