Education Services Research
The research work of the Performance, Planning and Research Unit is designed to improve the delivery and performance of education services for the citizens of Glasgow.
This involves taking a lead role in all aspects of research and evaluation within Education Services and includes writing research briefs and research proposals; commissioning research; designing research tools; undertaking research analysis; and disseminating research findings.
Our research activity is carried out both internally to the Council and with external agencies such as the local health board and local universities.
